Printing

PRINTING BIG BAGS

Big bags can be printed at various printing techniques. We use flexo printing, which means that the imprint is directly transferred from the flexo plate i.e. cliche to the material. This printing technique is most commonly used in printing packaging materials.

We can print FIBC in upto three colors, and the same material can be released several times if you need more than three colors.

  1. Maximum print width is 1000 mm,
  2. Maximum print length is 1900 mm,
  3. Maximum height of a bulk bag, which can be printed is 2100 mm.

THE PICTURE PRINTED ON BIG BAGS USUALLY SHOWS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING

  • – company logo and name,
  • – the name of the material that is stored in big bags,
  • – hazardous materials warning sign,
  • – big bag correct usage instructions,
  • – big bag proper disposal and storage sign,
  • – a sign for the proper recycling of materials that are stored in the big bag or
  • – FIBC proper recycling sign.

Colors used for printing bulk bags are alcohol-based and with very good adhesion to the material to be printed. The colors can be chosen from Pantone color system.
